Final Sale Watters BHLDN Kensington

this is a brand new, never worn or altered dress! I bought this online, and I do love it, but it was very big on me, and I decided to change my dress after the "return" date. It is still in the original garment bag (it has been take out 3 times to show 3 people) and has been hanging in my in laws closet! There is so much beautiful detail to this dress. It is in a smoke free home, and even thought I love it, I found something else that caught my eye!
