I bought this dress when I went shopping with my mom, grandmother, and sister. It was such a special day for us to all be together and we all had a lot of fun! I bought this at a local bridal shop called Carol Frewe's Bridal in Alton, IL. Fun fact: this is where my mom purchased her wedding dress over 30 years ago!
I am obviously attached to this dress, but ultimately what decribes this dress best is class. It is both classy and fun. Very old Hollywood. It was so comfortable to wear too! It has beaded straps with a racerback style back-also beaded. The beading is intricate and I had gold beads added to the current design-it looks perfect and made the dress look more vintage and classic. There is also a bead cluster on the waist/hip of the left side. Golds strands were added here as well to match the straps. There is a slit in the dress to show off a bit of leg if you want to! It is very subtle and great for bridal portraits and comes just above the knee, so it is very family appropriate.
