I had bought another dress and two days before the wedding, finally admitted it wasn't "the one". Two weeks before the wedding, I had gone back into David's Bridal to check on bridesmaid's dresses and looked over into the brides section and thought about changing, but thought "no, I'm going to stick with the one I have". HA! I should've changed then, but hey, who doesn't need a little excitement two days before the wedding?!? Long story short, I went back 2 days before the wedding with mom and bridesmaids supposedly to get their dresses pressed, ended up trying on the GREAT dress I had tried on two weeks before and everyone agreed hands down, that it was the one. I am SO GLAD i changed. The dress was perfect for me, the venue, and the day. I absolutely floated down the loooonnngggg walkway to my future husband. I have broad shoulders, but the halter de-emphasized them, and it was very comfortable. If your wedding is outside, it will be perfect. I have seen pictures of other brides who added belts or brooches, but I like it just like it was. Great dress for a great day.
