I bought my dress in Upland, CA. It was on a mannequin and I walked right by it because I didn't think it was my style. An employee encouraged me to try it in, so I did. It was the second dress I tried on and it was perfect. I tried on several other dressed but nothing compared. My mom came out a week later so I brought her and tried it on for her and she started bawling, that just solidified that I made the right choice. I love that it has one strap making it asymmetrical. The ruching makes me look very thin and also accentuates curves. It's a feminine dress but so different and not too "girly" which I also loved. I did wear the dress for both the ceremony and reception. My husband and I had a choreographed dance to about 9 songs, each of which was a different style of dance. This was the perfect dress because it was easy to move in and with all of the spinning and twirling it looked amazing.
