I bought the dress in Chic Parisien in Miami Florida. The dress is BRAND NEW, it has never been worn, and no alterations have been done to it. It is the Catherine dress, but the STRAPLESS version, I have some short sleeves you can either clip on or not. IF you want the long sleeves you can use a BOLERO on top and it looks perfect also.
