Bought this dress after an impromptu appt at the GLL studio while traveling in LA. Fell in love. It is a slip on, no zippers, it goes on like a glove and stays in place. It is super light, comfortable, breezy but still glamorous. I wore this on a hot night in Cartagena and it couldn't have been better. It’s important to keep in mind that the fabric has an overall stretch which means these numbers DO NOT have to match precisely as the fabric will work with body fluctuations.
I am 5 feet tall and wore a 4in heel. Normally wear a size 2. The dress still dragged a bit and due to the style someone a few inches taller could still make it work.
